 Adding the app

1. Join a Zoom meeting hosted by AesthetiCore Consulting.
    
2. Click Apps in the Zoom meeting toolbar.
    
3. Select the AesthetiCore Consulting app when prompted, or follow the secure installation link provided.
    

Using the app

1. Once opened, review the consent information presented in the app.
    
2. Confirm consent to proceed.
    
3. Follow the guided prompts during the meeting while sharing your screen as requested by the consultant.
    
4. The app does not access or modify any systems and is used for guidance only.
    

Removing the app

1. Open Zoom.
    
2. Go to Apps.
    
3. Select the AesthetiCore Consulting app.
    
4. Choose Remove app.
    

Data & privacy

• The app does not collect, store, or process user data.
   
• All reviews are conducted via client-led screen sharing.
   
• Any post-meeting analysis is performed outside Zoom by AesthetiCore Consulting.
